Description

Is your AMC prepared to evolve into an organization that effectively utilizes cross-functional teams? Or perhaps you are already implementing cross-functional teams and looking to optimize their impact. Participants will have the opportunity to engage and share experiences. Join us to transform your team dynamics and propel your AMC towards a more collaborative and agile future.
