Advancing Medicine through Diverse Leadership

ACOFP has been prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in family medicine through advocacy, education, and leadership. At this 60th Annual Convention, we proudly recognize the first time that the two largest national organizations in family medicine have installed presidents from diverse backgrounds. Join these leaders of family medicine in a discussion around disparities and challenges of minorities in leadership, and how we can address implicit biases to improve the leadership journey for all current and emerging leaders.
