Interactive Didactics, Moving Beyond Slide Decks and the "Flipped Classroom"

This engaging session will challenge participants to move beyond traditional slide decks and the "flipped classroom" by exploring interactive didactics and adult learning theory based on Malcolm Knowles's work. By delving into concepts such as self-concept, learning by experience, immediate applications, and internal motivation, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how adults learn best. Through the introduction of innovative didactic methods that incorporate audience participation tools and escape room game concepts, participants will discover practical strategies for actively engaging adult learners and enhancing the learning experience.
