How do I access the course evaluations to receive my certificate?

You must be logged in to access your courses and complete evaluations. Once you're logged in, you can search for the class using the purchases tab or the catalog tab. Following that, scroll down on the course page and you'll see the option to complete the survey.

How do I view all of my certificates?

You must be logged in to access your certificates. Once you're logged in, you will click the certificates tab. There, you can search for your certificates from the last 30 days, this year, all time, or you can create a custom search.

How do I complete the JMWH CE assessments?

You must be logged in to complete the JMWH CE assessments. Once logged in, you can search for the specific assessment you're interested in taking. Please note that there is a cost associated with completing the assessment. Also note that the assessment questions and answers may not reflect the same order as in the journal.

Why am I receiving a "course expiration" notification?

Continuing education (CEs) credits are time limited. The webinar will be available for credit for 2 years after the presentation date or when the CEs were approved. When the CEs are about to expire, you will get a notification to watch the webinar before expiration or it won't be available for CEs. If you've already received your certificate for the course, there is no additional action you need to complete.

Why have I not received my First Assist package?

While we ask for your mailing address immediately after registering, we do not mail the packages out until 10 days before the class. We mail in bulk and want to ensure that all interested parties can register and attend the course prior to receiving the package.
