This webinar features a comprehensive view of what works and what does not work during Voir Dire. It includes a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and a judges' panel to give insight into what the courts look for as well as a demonstration with jurors.

This on-demand course contains the webinar recording, full course materials, and agenda from the program as well as a certificate of completion for attendees to use when applying for general minutes of self-study MCLE credit.
