Camille Godwin has more than twenty-five years of experience litigating a variety of issues and cases, including matters involving professional negligence, long-term care abuse and neglect, civil rights, inadequate security, products liability, toxic torts, and commercial disputes. Through these cases, Camille developed an understanding of the multitude of complicated corporate structures, financial arrangements, and organizational agreements that typify much of the health care industry and other business sectors. She utilizes this knowledge base and experience now to assist in developing strategies to overcome discovery obstruction and formulate focused trial planning for plaintiffs facing organizational defendants. -
