Led by Debbie Boone, this course aims to help veterinary professionals excel in client service by integrating hospitality principles to foster stronger client-pet-practice relationships. Focused on the critical role of emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening, participants will learn how to effectively communicate and manage difficult situations, ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and satisfied. The course emphasizes the importance of personalized service, anticipation of client needs, and keen observation to enhance the overall client experience.

Veterinary professionals will gain skills to not only improve communication and problem-solving abilities but also to increase client compliance and trust, leading to better care for pets and a more positive work environment.
