Target Audience New graduate women’s health nurse practitioners (WHNPs), and other nurse practitioners involved in women’s and gender related healthcare.

Objectives
  1. Review assessment and management of benign uterine and ovarian conditions.
  2. Explain assessment and management chronic pelvic pain.
  3. Discuss assessment and management of pelvic organ prolapse.
  4. Describe assessment and management of benign breast conditions.

Content Outline
  1. Benign uterine and ovarian disorders: Fibroids, Adenomyosis, Polyps – endometrial, cervical, Endometriosis, Bartholin’s Cyst, Ovarian masses and cysts.
  2. Chronic pelvic pain.
  3. Pelvic organ prolapse. Cystocele, Urethrocele, Rectocele, Enterocele, Uterine prolapse.
  4. Benign breast conditions. Fibrocystic breast changes, Fibroadenoma, Fat necrosis, Nipple discharge.
  5. Breast conditions with skin changes.
